Frozen Fruit

Hi all,
I am in the midst of a fast but I was thinking that this might be a good time to stockpile some food in my freezer. I am wondering which fruits freeze well and which do not. I am especially wondering about pineapple and other tropical fruits that I might like to have later when they are more expensive.

Tropical fruits freeze, as do berries, bananas, peaches. I find it works best for berries if you spread them out on a cookie sheet and then freeze. Once frozen, you put them in whatever container you are using. That way, you don't have big clumps of berries but rather individual berries.
