i made it for two people:
2 young coconut meat
about 1.5 tblsp. agave...or more depending on how sweet u like
about 2 tblsp. cocao chips
" " carob powder
1/2 vanilla bean
about 1 tblsp. coconut butter
i mix with my vitamix...i am sure any blender could work...but
it should be blended until very smooth....chill really amazing!!!

Pink Halo,
I was wondering what you thought of the RAWvolution book... I keep finding it on amazon, but have yet to see anyone review it, anywhere. Unfortunately, it's not available in any bookstores nearby to puruse before purchase either. Is it worth the 25+ price?

I just ordered this book today! I am surprised I didn't already have it, I am such a cook (now uncook) book collector. Looking forward to trying out some new recipes.

Enjoy his book....keep sharing what you made and what you loved!!!
The soups are incredible!!! I had a big bowl of the tomato and basil soup for dinner..it is creamy because it is made with coconut water and almonds..i used almond butter with water....fab!!
