Looking for more recipes that are really simple and easy to prepare but delicious. Also what recipes do you find yourself making again and again!

I'm trying to streamline my raw cheffing, and I love those quickly prepared, little easy recipes.

Anyone have any to share?

(of course RP's brownies are tops!)

I like Alissa's stuffed portabella caps because you basically just make some guacamole and put it on top of mushroom caps.

Of course salads are always great.

I find that after I come home from work I'm kind of just too tired to make anything that resembles the usual meal... so I'll usually made myself a smoothie or eat some soaked nuts with goji berries.

Another good one is the raw chili from Alissa's book, because it makes so much and I can keep it for a few days.

I hope this helps! :)

thanks y'all!

The one thing I seem to make again and again is just a mexican-inspired salad, with corn, avocado, orange and sweet red pepper, serrano chilies, green onions, cilantro, mexican chili powder, salt and pepper, then just toss with lime juice, or lime juice and hemp oil if you want oil in there, but the avocado makes a nice dressing on its own if it's ripe.

lil fairy girl, the fennel salad from Raw food Real World is also wonderful, shaved fennel, avocado, and pink grapefruit, seasoned with salt, black pepper, very small handful fresh mint leaves, cracked coriander seeds, and they use mac oil and lime juice as dressing. I made it as part of a raw dinner party for 12 SAD people, they all absolutely loved it.

Now that the weather is nice I don't want to spend much time indoors preparing food, but I start to get bored a little if the eating gets too simple and repetitive.

So any more ideas or recipes or thoughts appreciated!

Right now Im addicted to RawVeganMoms philly steak, but for easy recipes I usually do Alissa's marinara ahead of time and it lasts for a week for pasta marinara. I also love Alissa's pad thai and collard rolls and both are very easy. I try to have flax crackers available for cracker and avocado too.
