Well, the past couple of days have been a bit better as far as food intake. (YEAH!!!) I really feel like I have gone backwards in my healing, of course, because of the bad foods I have eaten over the past many weeks. I have some VERY SERIOUS concerns regarding my health and prior "cancer" diagnosis and feel that I need some urgent healing. I am praying that I will be able to continue, somehow, my quest of RAW!!!! POSITIVE THOUGHTS!!!!

I am doing some pretty heavy detoxing tonight. I have had a very wierd, uncomfortable fullness/pressure/acidy feeling in my upper belly and I am not liking it. Have had increased headaches over the past two days (both days high raw with very little SAD intake) ... today was NOT good (95% raw day) - bad headache for most of the day. I have a lot of gas (sorry for the info) and some very uncomfortable pressure between shoulder blades. I am increasing my green barley (thankfully still had that on hand) and juiced the last of my carrots with collards tonight (UGH). DH and I prayed together tonight that I will be able to continue with raw and juicing and we are confident that this need will continue to be provided so I can reattain healing and good health. He is really focusing on the need for my health to be optimal, since he has been so ill for the past year and a half.

I am not enjoying my detox this round! I would normally go eat some saltines or something to help "soothe" this acidy/yucky feeling, but am posting for some positivity instead!

Thanks for the continued support!

[ It's great that you're back on track. You can do this, just keep it up! Positive energy coming your way!

good to have you here

and the longer you are raw, the easier it gets,

I've been on and off raw several times, and each time it gets easier, this time over 100 days, (so far)

you can do this,

also, eating 100% raw is way more easy, than part raw/part cooked.

-I hear you.

-Everyone has to experiment, research and choose the foods that are right for them.

-Some do better on large salads....some on fruit. Some find relief with mono-eating. Some do very well with juicing. Some can fast - others not really.

-If you are experiencing difficulty....try backtracking to a level where you ARE comfortable and stretching from THERE.

-Eat healthier cooked foods - make a plan to do this.

-Drink plenty of pure water or juice when you are not eating. Get light exercise and reasonable sunlight baths. Avoid chemicals in your mouth - or on your skin or hair.

-Get light exercise.

-Choose to choose - and live the life of your dreams.
