Are you suppose to soak the almonds and walnuts before u add them to the mixture...the recipe doesn't specify....I'm in the middle of making it now...and I'm not sure how to proceed...thanks

Usually if she doesn't indicate soaking, then you don't soak as it might turn out too mushy.
