Excellent news!

Good day my fellow raw friends!

I have some GREAT news. Me and my mother finally came to an agreement and shes allowing me to go back to 100% raw! I decided to kick it off with a week long fast (to get the yuckies out and to clean my colon). I also celebrated by making, and eagerly consuming might I add, a pineapple-beet-Aloe Vera juice concotion I created a a fews mnths back. Its seems to wonders for cleansing. What a great day!

I'm so glad :) How wonderful you must feel. What proportions of food do you put in the juice?

Well usually only half a beet because they are so potent! I have aloe vera growing around my house and I just use a whole leaf and juice it.... and then half a pineapple or more depending on how much sweetness I want. The pineapple makes the juice more bearable, plus it has excellent cleansing properties. The beets cleanse the blood (which if you ever fasted and noticed that the white of your eyes turn yellow, its toxins in the blood, beets can help DRAMTICALLY)
