I am new to raw and wanted to say hello. For now I think that I just want to do a 30-day challenge. I figure that I will see how it goes after that. :)

I think that I can tell you how it will go after that.
After you have finished the 30 day challange you will not want to go back to raw food and you will be ours forever.

I am just on day 4 now and I am doing really well. I don't really miss cooked food. I am craving chocolate but I figure that will fade.

What is really funny is that my husband who is Mr. Meat and Potatoes has been interested and asks before he eats something cooked in front of me. He also said that he wouldn't mind doing a 80% raw diet, which I thought was pretty incredible.

So glad that you are deciding to do the 30 day challenge. I'm on day 8 and feel really good. It was much easier than trying to transition slowly like I have been trying for the past year. Good luck!
I'm going to go and try that brownie recipe now. It sounds good :)
