Raw Restaurants, MN and Chicago

I am going to be in MN and Chicago in the next few weeks and am going ecopolitan and karen's is there anything there that I must try. My husband has a business trip and I am sure I will be a regular at these places for the duration of the trip. Since hotel food is not an option.

The Ecopolitan is the only raw food resaurant that I know of in MN. Hope this helps . Take Care

In Chicago there is Karyn's Raw on Halsted and I believe another one has opened called Cousins IV on Irving Park Rd.

ooo at karyn's, try the mint carob cake and stuffed pizza. sooo good. i havent been to cousins yet but it sounds really good

If you have a chance go to Sunday Brunch @ Karyn's you'll get a chance to taste so much. As they almonst had everything off the menue. Only Ice Cream for desert. Wish I was going again. Joz
