Alissa is a Raw Food Goddess! Pizza heaven

I made the pizza for the first time tonight. Golly that is so good. I can't believe I waited this long for a dehydrator and Alissa's book. My first time raw wasn't as easy. THANK YOU ALISSA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have LOVED all the recipe's so far :)

I got the small Excalibur. I am wishing I went ahead and got a bigger one though. I have the 4 tray... If you get one, I would get a bigger one :) The pizza is really good!!! It called for garlic in the crust, sauce, and cheese, which is too much for my taste, so I only put it into the crust and added basil to the sauce. mmmmmmmmmmm

I regret getting the 5 tray, I wish I had the nine. I used it for the first time Friday and it filled up quick. Then I ate everything the next day. :o

Maybe I'll try that pizza this week. :D

I didn't make the pizza recipe, but I did make the pizza bread twice. Once I made the ricotta cheese, the other the mozerrella. Then I have a different recipe for the greatest marinara sauce. Alissa's recipes are fantastic!!!
