First batch of flax crackers

My first batch of flax crackers are in the dehydrator. I hope they turn out ok. I bought an American Harvest on Ebay while I continue to save $$ for an Excalibur. I halved the recipe in Alissa's book because my dehydrator only came with once solid sheet (I need to order more). I hope they aren't too thick to turn out ok. I'm really learning to dehydrate by trial and error.

Just checked the batch and I was able to flip them over to the mesh screen. I will be eating flax crackers tomorrow. Ummmmm!

Me too! I made my firstbatch of flax crackers today, using Alissa's recipe (with lemon juice and ginger). It smells so good. I can't wait till it's ready (and not really sure how to tell when it's ready LOL). The edges are dry, so I've taken little nibbles.
