Gosh, I am shocked at how yummy the batter was for this bread! I am dehydrating now. First time using sprouted wheat berries.. so tastey! I used the hard wheat berries, so I added a little of the soaking water from the dates to make sure it mixed into a dough... wow, and I added some sea salt. I can only hope the bread turns out as good as the predehydrated is :)
