This just popped into my head when I told my dad this is the longest I've been raw. He asked "so what difference do you feel?" That made me stop and think. Currently I'm not doing so well (mentally and food reactinos), so I'm still tired and have edema. Anyway, I wanted to tell him "i don't know, nothing??" but I had to think about what I USED to feel like. I guess I can't remember!! I know I felt bad, but since I've forgotten, then this is as "bad" as I feel. Sorry if this is confusing!!

Anyway, has anyone else felt like they havn't experienced a change, only to have forgotten how bad you USED to feel?

I just thought it will be a good idea for me to make a list of my problems I have now, so I can take stock later on to see what improvements I have, and how quickly the changes happen.

YEP, I made a list of all of my aches and pains from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet, and during the day too, as my aches were different upon arising and during the day, etc. I was amazed at the difference in such a short period of time.

People tend to forget what they felt like before, so it is important to write down on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being little pain, but anoying, to 10, excrusiating pain, and that really helps alot.

I now am a a 1 with most or all things, or even a zero with some,

only 1 thing is still a 10, YIKES!!!, waiting for that to go away, away, away NOW!!!

Good idea RP. I probably should have done that, but I'm not going to eat cooked and undo my 4 months of raw to write that list ;)

Maybe I can write down things I'd like to continue to improve from now.
