is this stuff raw? a friend of mine told me it was but i think he's wrong

I would think no, but I don't know that specific product. Is it sealed in bottles and do they pop when opened, then not raw. Also, the oils used are probably not raw unless specified, because raw oils are a specialty item and not cheap. Also, does it keep at room temperature indefinitely, or is it sold perishable with a really short expiry date and kept in the fridge. These are some questions to ask, if something is raw, but generally all commercially available packaged dressings I know of are not raw.

It is organic but not raw...........but yummy none the less!
