How Do I Lose 5 More Lbs!!!! Am I Eating Too Many Avocados, Nuts Or What???? I Seem To Have This Fat Layer That Just Won't Budge...not To Mention That I Run Tons!!! Any Ideas ?????

Well, I wouldn't have the faintest idea what it would feel like to only have 5 pounds to lose, I've been overweight my entire life.
However, I can tell you that when I do lose weight it is when I eat what I want, not what I think I should eat, like if I want a pound of cherries, then I do, but if I try to second guess my eating, by saying,"can't eat cherries, as they are too high on the glycemic index, I must eat tomatoes instead" then I mess up myself, and I never feel satisfied.
But that is just me.
I know you'll get some great advise from other here, who may already be at their perfect weight.

You dont mention how much you weigh or how tall you are..maybe you are just perfect the way you are! :D ....if you are running all the time and eating well maybe your body doesnt want to lose anymore weight!
Other things to look at are your calorie intake ..try maybe fitday.com. and input everything that goes in your mouth including drinks.If you are eating under 1000 cals your metabolism may be slowing down if you are eating too much nuts are drinking to much juice you may be just maintaining and not losing.
We need to know you height and weight...as i said before maybe you dont need to lose anymore? :confused:

well I remember when I was 120 and I wanted to be 114 soooooo bad, but it didn't matter what I did I could not go below 120 and so eventually I settled that was the weight I was and I grew happy with that. Everyone was saying I was too thin anyways, lol. Be content and happy for most. I am 176 pounds last time I checked and if I didn't lose another pounds I would still be perfectly happy.

I THINK I MUST WEIGHT ABOUT 118 AND I AM 5 4INCHES....BEFORE I HAD MY TWINS, MY PERFECT WEIGHT WAS 114...MAYBE HAVING KIDS AND BEING A BIT OLDER HAS CHANGED THINGS...YES, I PROBABLY AM A BIT TOO FOCUSED ON THE NUMBER, BUT, AS I MENTIONED, I HAVE THIS LAYER OF CHUNK ON ME THAT IS JUST IRRITATING....SOUNDS SILLY, I KNOW, BUT
WEIGHT AND WEIGHT ISSUES ARE ALL RELATIVE. THANK YOU THANK U! :rolleyes:

What I have found is that if you sit and stress about your weight you're going to keep it on... but if you relax and enjoy your life and your food then the weight will come off, it's like it KNOWS you want it gone and it's sticking around just to annoy you! :D

You Are Very Right About That....we All Have Our Thing That We Focus On And This Is One Of Mine...somedays I Could Care Less,other Days I Obsess....in My Perfect World, I Would Just Be Happy Being Me Exactly The Way I Am...that Would Be Lovely.......r
