These are just wonderful... My kids went crazy for it... Even my husband had one and loved it... I just didn't tell him it was raw..lol.. I plan to sneak it in his diet and when his weight starts to come down then I will go... Oh by the way.... I know it is dishonest, but if he doesn't do something about his weight soon he won't be around much longer. No man in his family has lived past the age of 50. His current weight is 270. He has high uncontroled blood pressure. He takes 6 pills a day for his blood pressure and it is still out of control. 180/120 is about normal for him. He also has borderline sugar as well.
