It's me again with another question. I know the calories would remain the same, unless there were things added in cooking. But is there a database that shows the difference between raw and cooked?

if you really need this information, you might try www.fitday.com (http://www.fitday.com), as you can put in food and see the amounts of calories, fats etc, they do have a destinction between raw and cooked, I'm not sure if it will be what you want, but you could try it.

I don't know of a database, I know that the body assemulate cook food differently than raw. With cooked food it is already dead. There is no life in it. it's the same as eating a dead animal.
