I just want to thank Alissa for starting this forum and the moderators for doing such a wonderful job maintaining it. I love this forum because it's incredibly user-friendly, clean (very rare to see spams), and the people here are so knowledgeable and nice. I know this is the result of very very hard work by the moderators. I really don't know how to thank you except by letting you know that I really appreciate this board and that I have benefited greatly from it, both emotionally from people's support and physically from practicing the living food lifestyle. Thank you for making my life better.
