VEGGIE PLATTER CHIPS

Veggie Platter leftovers(minus the dressing)
for every cup of leftovers add:
1/2 C. soaked flax seeds
1/2 T. Spike seasoning (any choice seasoning will do)
1t. Celtic sea salt
1t. pepper

Place veggies in processor and process until very fine. Add the soaked flax and the seasonings and blend well.
Spread on Teflex sheets about 1/8' thick and dry until crispy.

I made these out of desperation to save my huge veggie platter from the Memorial Day BBQ we had. I didn't want to throw away two huge containers of vegggies, so I came up with this. It turned out delish. The veggie platters I used had broccoli, carrots, radishes, celery, tomatoes and green onions.
Needless to say, I didn't waste the veggies and they crackers are very savory and tasty. Enjoy !

It isn't easy being

Sounds great,

I often have veggies leftover, so I chop them and dehydrate, then put into little food saver baggies with some salt pepper, sesonings, and ground red pepper and tomato powder, for instant soup makings, we take these traveling all the time,

I also do this with fruits, for an instand fruit shake on the road, I take fruit dehydrate to crisp, or make fruit leather to crisp, eat the big peices and allow the little baby pieces of fruit leather to just fall to the bottom, grind them into a powder, then drop them into almond milk or even water, makes a nice refeshing fruity drink. mmmmmmmmmmmmm

no waste

of course I also freeze the fruit for ice cream or smoothies, but you can only freeze so much until it is too much. LOL
