Ok so B12 is made from bacteria and we get it from animals and dirt left from animal veggies right? So if you make cashew yogurt and the bacteria does the thing it does when you leave the yogurt out does it create B12? Dumb question?

I'm not going to be able to word this as well as I'd like, so I'll just try to make it short & sweet. No, it's not going to make b12 because b12 comes from inside the animal. The reason they say you can get b12 from unwashed organic produce is because of the..um...remnants of matter left behind from animals.

I probably just made you more confused. Lol. Im sorry! Someone will come by and explain it better shortly, I'm sure.

LOL... I guess I do remember reading that.

I presume that the bacterial cultures in yogurt are different bacteria than those that produce B12. The B12 from "dirt" is actually from fecal matter...

Not a dumb question, but no, it won't work. Sorry... :(

I have made little quips to myself about how if we all wanted to get our b12, we could just stop washing our hands after going to the bathroom. :D

Ok..well I laugh every time I think it.
