i recently took a nice fall down a flight of stairs while carrying two cases of beer at the bar i tend at. needless to say im in pretty rough shape barring any broken bones. i do have a healthy concussion though. i was just woundering if there were any food/ food combinations that will help my heal any quicker so i can get back on my feet.

In 12 steps to Raw, by Victoria Boutenko, she talks about her son Sergi, broke his collar bone, and he craved sesame seed milk, couldn't get enough of it, and it healed very quickly.
Sesame seed milk is loaded with calcium.
so, I would say, whatever your body is craving is what you need to eat.
Victoria also has several stories, about her and her family, eating what they craved, and each one of them craved something different, and the thing they wanted to eat, was specificly good for curing or helping the ailments that her family had.
so, please, follow your body's guidance as far as what to eat.
