I ordered from Maine Coast Sea Vegetables, and I got a TON of laver, sea lettuce, dulse flakes, and nori sheets. (2 lbs. each of the leaves, and 100 of the sheets.)
The nori sheets are no problem: I love me some wraps. But what to do with the rest? I normally just soak it and put dressing on it, like an avocado-based lemon/lime/sesame/carrot/cayenne/nutritional yeast/miso dressing, but I don't really have any other ideas.
Thanks!

I like to put dulse in nut pates, and then stuff a tomato with the pate and a bit of romaine or sprouts.
I also like dulse with chopped tomatoes and kimchee.
Have you tried a seaweed salad?

Thanks for your responces.
I don't eat dehydrated food (weak, slow digestion) so the crackers etc. won't work.
Seaweed salad... isn't that what I described? Soaked seaweeds with dressing?

hmm I remember reading somewhere about a raw sea veggie pizza...let me see if I can find it.
yep here it is.
http://living-foods.com/recipes/seaveggiepizza.html I don't know if it helps at all, but maybe? you can probably add more sea veggies to it.

I throw them on my salads. Or you can use dulse and kelp in salad dressings or in place of salt in recipes.
