Lemon Juice for Fresh Fruit

What is a good dilution ratio of lemon juice to water to keep cut fruit fresh? I have an idea to keep a batch in the fridge in a small spray bottle to use at a moment's notice. For kindergarten snacks and hubby work lunches, I use it all the time! Thanks for any suggestions!

I just fill a batter bowl with water, put in the juice of one lemon then throw everything in. That does the trick!
