aren't coconuts...nuts? jw. I'm allergic to all nuts, including cocounts.

actually neither of us is that fond of coconuts but seeds would certainly be good. we just hope to discover a plethora of recipes to vary our raw food diet with. we made a mushroodm walnut loaf today and it was delicous but afterwards ana maria added up the grams of fat and she much more than i is concerned. of course i'm a stick while ana is shapely in my opinion in all the right ways but she doesn't see it quite that way. any way this is probably more info thatn anyone needs. we are just looking for recipes.
