Hi,
I started raw 1 week ago. Last night I noticed I had some numbness in my left foot and left arm. It is reminiscent of what happened to me a few years ago. I had this numbness in my left arm and it escalated into me thinking I was dying. My heart was going crazy and I was dazed.I ended up in the hospital. I think I must have given myself a panic attack about the numbness. Overnight people kept coming in and waking me because my heartrate was dropping below 30. I had a series of tests in the hospital and my heart checked out ok. They tested for MS and TSI and I didn't have any of those things. Later they did more followup tests and they did find some nerve damage in my left arm but they couldn't figure out why. I have had permanent weakness in that arm but I haven't really noticed it much in a while and I have been feeling really good and pretty much forgotten about the whole things. Then last night it started really strong again. I got my period yesterday which also happened last time I was in the hospital so I don't know. I just watched my breathing so I wouldn't progress into a panic attack and decided to go for a walk at 12:30pm. I went to sleep fine but awoke feeling funny today, a little queasy and my arm is weak and tingly. I am just wondering if anyone has any ideas that might help me get through it because I hesitate to go to a traditional doctor because it didn't do me any good the last time.

It is not likely that it is the raw food that is causing it. Keep a record of all your symptoms because it may assist a diagnosis if you need to get help in the future.
It is folish to ignore something that may indicate that something is wrong so do keep an eye out for other changes and if they happen then you will have to see a doctor.

I have nerve damage to my left side of my face. After going raw it began to tingle and stuff and now I have almost regain feeling again in my face. It is wonderful.

I will tell you of another experience. I have had chronic bladder pain for the past 4 years back and forward to the doctor, but nothing help. After going raw for nearly a month I had this severe bladder pain almost constant. Now my bladder feels normal and I no longer have trouble controling my bladder.

Raw brings on detox, often it brings problems which you may have thought were gone to the surface so they can be resolved and pushed out of the body.

In my case the detoxes I have had have been moderate to severe, but I let them run their course and it was soooooo worth it. I feel sooooo much better.

Embrace your detox and let that toxic trash come out of you.

I started having symptoms of shortness of breath and my heart was racing and it seemed that my heart was flipping around and i was dizzy quite a lot.
For about 2 weeks i felt bad and one night it got so bad i couldn't seem to catch my breath and got dressed and my husband took me to the hospital and i was in the emergency room for over 5 hours on a heart monitor and then they put me on floor for heart patients where they continued to moniter me through the day into the night. They ran all kinds of tests and found nothiing wrong and they released me.
The bill came to $2000.00 and i didn't even stay the night.
Do keep track of what's happening with you body and hope you feel better soon.
I've felt great since and have not had any of the same symptoms. No more diet pills.

should these symptoms be detox. Be sure to drink plenty of water to help speed and flush the toxins out. Also taking colonics can greatly help.

Should these symptoms be detox, drink plenty of water to speed the flushing out of your system. Also colonics greatly help rid our body of all these toxins. Sometime that is all our body is trying to do is get the junk out. Hope you stick with the program......
