Hi guys,

I'm from Singapore, not too sure whether you guys heard of this sunny little island at south east asia. I stumbled upon this site by accident as I was researching on diet which might help with my condition of ecezma. I kinda of locking into akaline diet which leads me to eating RAW. However I'm still pretty much at the "Starting to know" stage hence I will appreciate future helps when I have any questions.

Name: Jason Goh
Location: Singapore
Age: 28
Known Health Condition: Ecezma since birth.
Reason for transiting into RAW Diet: See if it helps with my Ecezma problem.

Hey Jason! I am living in Thailand, so we are in the same neck of the woods (I mean paradise). I will be passing through Singapore when I fly to America in August. I am flying Singapore airlines which I hear is the best. I have a long layover so I will tour for a couple hours. But I'll make in back to Singpore while living in Thailand since we are so close.

Best of luck on your raw journey!!!

welcome! Not sure of your current diet, but I know milk and wheat can be big contributors to ecezma. Do you want to go raw 100% cold turkey or slowly? Which would feel best for your body? I say go wit the flow and eat simple fruits and veggies. How's the SSD (standard singapore diet) there? Is it like America wit A LOT of fried and fast foods? You'll most likely feel detox, but don't get discouraged...it's a process. If you have any questions please feel free to ask, everyone here is caring and willing to help.

I have a patch of eczema on the back of my neck and on my face too, and since I've gone raw (45 Days) and the patch on my neck has completely disappeared. The one on my cheek is almost gone too! It sounds like your eczema is quite significant, but I'm sure it would improve it if not totally clear it up!

Welcome! I hope you love this board as much as I do.
