I've been craving these like mad for about a month. Anyone know what's in them that has me eating a ton of each? I'm focing myself to have greens though. I know the one thing they have in common is the coloring (orange, orange, and red i guess) and I'm sure that has to do with certain enzymes and nutrients, but I'm not sure what ones (except beta-caratine).
