My ds's chips almost did me in today. Now I'm craving them so I need to figure out a raw version.
Thanks,

You might find these BBQ squares to be a good substitute: http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=13816

I found the following on Alissa's site, http://www.alissacohen.com/rachelblogger.htm :
I'm at my auntie's house having a blast! I brought some food from home that we are enjoying. And we made chips from yams...they turned out nice! All her family that tried them thought they were delish. It is a recipe from Michele Deradune that I tweaked to my liking. They are raw BBQ chips. You slice yams in a spiral slicer. I'm sure a mandolin would work as well. Soak the yam in water for a couple hours till they swell from the water. You can soak them overnight if you like. Dehydrate them till they are dry and crispy. Toss them in a bag and coat with olive oil or spray olive oil on them and then toss them in a bag (they get less greasy this way.) Add celtic sea salt, onion powder and a bit of cayenne to tase (be careful with the cayenne! Too much can ruin the recipe.) Toss it all together till chips are well coated with the spices. Taste the chips at this point, they are usually crispy and ready to eat. if they aren't dehydrate till crispy. Enjoy! These taste just like BBQ chips.
I am extremely sore from working out yesterday. OUCH!
I am enjoying the workouts with weights but am having a hard time wanting to incorporate cardio into my schedule.
I fasetd today. I'm trying to get back into the habit of fasting once a week on Thurs.
