grinding flax seeds

I have a little mini grinder that I believe is made especially for grinding dry things like coffee etc..

However, I tried to grind my flax seeds in it and for some reason no matter how much I would grind it it wouldn't make a difference!

Is there a particular grinder that works well with flax seeds?

I grind flax seeds everyday. I use an electric coffee grinder and it makes them into powder. Hope this helps.

I just use a coffee grinder. You can get them cheap at Walmart. They do make flaxseed grinders, but I find a coffee grinder works better and costs less.

I have a manual Oxo spice grinder that I paid $7 to buy. Works great - surprised how well this cheap little bugger works. Bought at The Rolling Pin.
