Raw Nuts-for those on a budget

I was curious about the raw nuts that Now Foods carries because I was finding them on supplement sites. So I wrote asking if they were heated at all & they replied:
No heat is used. Our nuts are mechanically dehulled with just cracking rollers and air.

They aren't organic though. But for those starting out or that are on a very limited budget, this may be an option. Some places carry them for only $3-4 for a 12oz. bag.

What kind of nuts are they? It could be a good deal or not, depending on what they are. Sunflower, sesame, or pumpkin seeds might be a better option if you're strapped for cash.

They have Brazil, almonds, pecans, walnuts-all raw. Since I normally buy these raw & organic, I knew they were a good deal.
