This is my journal entry for today, I'm publicizing it because it will make me do what I say I will.

Lovely time to start trying to go raw right when my period starts... I was doing great up until this afternoon when I got the most awful craving for pancakes. I made them, ate 2 and chucked the rest and chucked the butter, syrup and mix. Because of my bulimia it was a fight not to go puke 'em up, but I fought it and won. I finished out the day with homemade raw tabbouleh - even bought a thermometer so the bulgur wheat wouldn't go over 105. (Not sure if bulgur is considered raw...bought it at Whole Foods Market, didn't say roasted or anything) It was fantastic, I put some avocado in it as well.
Tomorrow I'm going to just do it, clean out my fridge and freezer and cupboards and truck everything over to my parents to see if they need any of it. I hate the feeling of wasting food but I hate the feeling MORE of not feeling healthy and fighting to get into my pants. I refuse to buy bigger clothes. I will not succumb to this lifestyle anymore!

Congrats on starting out Corriander!

If you intend to journal, please use the designated journal area and use this area for if you have some questions, concerns, things to share about raw, etc.

Thanks! :)

First, I want to tell you what a wonderful person you are. You're a wonderful person, and thank you.

I'm very proud of you for not purging. I understand how hard it is to say no to yourself when you get to that panic stage. That's already a huge step right there. The two major factors for turning one's life around are determination, and persistence. If you mess up that's alright, because as long as you stay determined and persistent, you'll be able to reach your goal. Posting this shows that you're determined and holding yourself responsible, so you most definitely have what it takes.

I wish you all the best.
