Does anyone have a good dressing recipe?

My salad needs something more and I'm not good with creating recipes.
Preferably, I'd like recipes with no oil but anything is good.

I've just created my own new recipe. I mix tahini with lemon juice, honey and water until it has the right taste and texture. It's really easy and delicious.
