Hi,
I'm sure many of you from your reseach about getting healthy (ie. raw foods) will know about liver flushing... 1/2 cup of olive oil with juice, see the stones come out the next day etc.
What I'm wondering is as I'm starting out 100% Raw Foods, would it be a good thing to start liver flushing AS WELL, or can a diet exclusively on raw foods have the same good effects on the liver in the same way, and no need to do both?
I don't want this to turn into a debate whether liver flushing actually produces real stones or not. Whether they are real or not isn't the point, it does work... their are hundreds of testomonies on CureZone where after living flushing all different types of illness and disease vanish. Many people on their swear by it, and they are all genuine people.
So could it be benefitial to do both, or would it be best to just stick with raw foods alone?
