Okay I have two sons who are into making funny videos and uploading them to Youtube. I just had a brainstorm that I would start my own little forum called Raw Food Show 06 and have them video tape me attempting to make food. I am primarily going to try to make a new receipe daily to help me stay raw. I found four other people on you tube talking about raw food and making things too.

If you want to join the fun or do a vidoeography of your raw journey all you need is a video camcorder and a computer. I think the videos are limited to 10 mintues. This could be such fun!!!!!!!

Awwwwwwww Melissa!!!!!
your video is so cute. And your 11 year old can work a camera better than me :p

I have 2 tips for you, follow them if you want:

1) It looks like you have hemp protein powder on the shelf behind you in the video. If the container is open, it needs to be refrigerated otherwise it'll go rancid.
2) Whenever you buy any new tupperware, glasswear, or anything that you are ever going to eat off of, wash it first with soap and water. wash it well.

thanks for sharing that. now i have a new recipe too :)

That was so much fun to watch! Very cool, and how sweet to have your son helping out too. I'll enjoy "watching" you go through your 30 day challenge!

STay tooned for tonights episode of Day 1 30 day challenge. Any suggestions on what you would like to see me attempt to make??? Simple receipes are recommended................LOL I have tons of raw food cookbooks so just name one and I can try to make it unless it requires sprouting.......haven't mastered that yet.

Or share a receipe and watch me make it...........I will give you credit if it is your personal receipe.

Thanks for watching..........

Wow, I'm going to have to get a video camera and fast access internet. I don't think I will be able to view them with dial-up, but I'll try.
