give a cake, or some type of dessert.
Can anyone help me with sweet recipes that don't have to go into the fridge. I need ones that can be made and will not melt while setting out on the table.
Thanks for your help.
This will be my first attempt at sharing a raw dessert.

make my brownies, they are delicious.
1 cup walnuts (not soaked
1 cup medjool dates (pitted and not soaked)
1/4 cup cacao powder or carob
blend together in food processor, then press into a shallow pan, refridgerate, and then cut into pieces, and serve.
they are delicious, easy to make, and don't need refridgeration, you can add frosting, or sprinkled nuts, or coconut flakes on top, what ever you like.

I would take a simple fruit platter or bowl. You an get bowl that afreezable from Target that keep the contents cold ( some sort of gel in the mold of the bowl). The food we give to others is like a ministry in itself. To whatever extent I've changed and reassed my diet over the year, I've never given anyone a dish I wouldn'teat myself. NO COMPROMISE!
