View Full Version : Has anyone lost weight going raw and not much exercise just day to day doings?

:p I'm eating raw and doing day to day work, housework, shopping, washing, ironing, working in the garden.
I seem to have lost 5 pounds in a week and a half.
What's going on with you all.

YEP, I've lost over 50 pounds in 3 months, no exercise or anything extra in my life.

I have exercise equipment here so i don't go to a gym. I try to do something everyday but i don't do it for an hour or so maybe a half an hour.
RawP. no exercise at all other, that's impressive to lose that must weight.

It's not that I don't move around, LOL
I just don't wish to spend my time exercising, I love to dance, and I love gardening and walking, so I bend and stretch and weed, and dig and rake and hoe, and carry and lift, but I'm not into donning some cute outfit and going to the gym.
I think it's great for people who wish to do this, but it's not for me.

exercise plenty, digging, planting, weeding, mulching and such. By the time i finish that and other things around the house and shopping and cleaning the car out that's plenty of exercise.
I know what you mean.
I've lost 20 lbs and it's only last week that I start exercising. So I think I had lost 15 lbs in 6 weeks without exercise.

Yes I've lost weight--I started out at 143 lbs (I'm 5'4) and I'm now down to 125 lbs. I have exercised using the step machine but my grandson lost the cd I was using and somehow I haven't done it since. I work full time, sitting at a desk and come home and it's not like I'm sitting at home all the time, but I haven't been doing much exercise and I need to, but still the weight has come off.

I started at 124Lbs and dropped to 108Lbs without any form of exercise (and without wanting to). I have now started to exercise because I need it to build bone density and not for loosing weight.
I do not think that the day to day exercise would do as much for my bones as a structured exercise program will do.

I lost 70 lbs without exercising. I haven't weighed myself in awhile but I have noticed that it looks like I am loosing inches. I just started walking last week.

Not me. But it depends how much you have to lose in the first place, metabolism, etc. It's totally possible!

Yes, I have lost 2 dress sizes without exercising. I just keep busy. :)

:p Thanks so much for sharing with me about your weight losses.
I thought that i had to do weight lifting and cardio to see any type of weightloss.
