Yes, Alissa buys the oat groats and, while she is sleeping, folks like Rawkinlocs, myself and others who have a flaker fly in at midnight like little elves and magically transform the groats to flakes.

Then we weigh them, package them and send them off to people all over the world who are looking for really raw flaked oats.

Are oat flakes raw? Are they just crushed? Well I guess I ment crushed flat oat flakes!

I was thinking, Quakers Old Fashioned Oats....could they be raw? I mean, it takes a LOT longer to cook them into oatmeal, so maybe? Does anyone know? I emailed them to find out. I don't really think they are, but you never know.

Nope, they're steam rolled. Sorry...I've looked everywhere for raw oats, you have to order them as far as I can see.
