I am on Vacation On friday in Jamaica and is staying in an all inclusive hotel and would like to have some pointers on staying raw, esp. siince this is the first time I am going on Vacation for a long time..Thanks.

Ask for the closest market and feast on the best produce you will see in a long while!! Get some gnoup...they are like leechy nuts..yum. Trust me you will have a rich variety to select from!
