I'm not sure if this is going to make sense to anybody but...

In the mornings for a long time now I have been making smoothies with 2 bananas, strawberries, and water. I am still hungry after this so I will eat more fruit. Recently I have been finding though that I smiply cannot stomach the thought of more. I feel like I have too much liquid in my stomach (even though I don't) and that I can't handle anymore "wet" foods.

I always feel like I need to eat bread or crackers or something to absorb all the liquid in my stomach.

Anybody have this feeling? Does it go away when you become more accomstamed to more fruit? Any thoughts on helping this?

Thanks!
:)

Not an expert by any means, but I wonder if adding more fibrous things like greens to your smoothies - if that would help.

when I first began raw they would have a similiar feeling, to the point that my smoothies would sometimes come back up, but this has very much passed.
