Hey Smasty :)

I did my hand weights last night...

And had a cunning idea.. I put them where I will see them every day... in the BATHROOM! hahaaaa!! So I will do them without fail...

So that's my arms working out... time for the legs and tummy to go with the yoga and RUNNING, time to RUN...

Anyone give me a push?

Way to go Thunder! Don't drop those dumbells on the tile floor!

I was so sore from my lower body workout last Sunday. Normally I love muscle soreness, love it like a drug. But not when it's THAT bad!

Let's build some muscle this weekend!

Wow smasty, how did u know I have a tile floor :eek:

I haven't dropped it yet (I've only got one, a metal one where the weights slide on and screw in - it say 1kg of weight but the bar is just as heavy!!)

I WANT TO RUN!!!

But i've got a tummyache, damn it!
I guess this is like when I fasted, I found my oomph and will to DO purely coz I couldn't (too weak).

What cardio do you do?
You seem soooo motivated and fired up, and you know your stuff too :)

I want to run run run, there's still today...
