I have been wanting to make a hummus recipe (simpler the better) but I don't have access to any oil. Are there any recipes without it?

thanks!

I just made some lemon herb hummus today that was fantastic but it called for olive oil.... only a few tablespoons though.

You don't have access to even olive oil? hmm..... well.. I'm not sure then because I think most hummus recipes call for some oil and also some raw tahini. :(

Maybe someone else will have some suggestions though... I hope so.

I made Alyssia's Zucchini Hummus without the oil and it worked great.

I literally never use oil in any of those hummus recipes... if it calls for it I just leave it out, and maybe add a little of another liquid to make up if needed.

Thanks! I will have to try one. I'll look at Alissa's. Does anyone have any other favorites? Which ones do you like Sheryl?
thanks!!! I'm so scared though because I am so awful at making recipes that aren't sweet. Sweet ones are easy for me but otherwise they always come out horrible, maybe because I never have ALL the ingredients.
