Hi! I was wondering if there is something special you should eat before or after a cardio session? I've heard of what to eat after weight training, and I was also wondering about after cardio?

Usually I will just make a smoothie with fruit.

a little bit of any kind of fruit before a workout for some energy, and then coconut water afterwards for electrolytes! This is for a moderate 45minute workout with a little bit of weights, nothing extreme :)
