I just posted my before and after pics

When I posted my testamonial some people asked for my before and after pics, I've finally posted them in my photo gallery. My after pic was taken today. :-) OK--With Gosia's great instructions, I've edited this post to include my before pic in this message, my after pic is below in Gosia's post.

Gosia--I didn't know we could insert a photo into the message. I would have done that to make things easier on people so they wouldn't have to hunt them down. How did you do that?

I've been raw a little over two years, the first year I was high raw (about 80-90% pretty consistently) the whole last year I have been 100% raw eating a low fat/high fruit diet. The best thing is that I feel better than I look! :-) Raw is so amazing. I'm so glad I stumbled on to it!

OK, first I went to the photo gallery (30 Day Raw Challenge Gallery) and found your name, and the picture.

I right-clicked on the picture and selected "View image" to find its internet address (http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/photopost/data/500/269audrey_after_pic-med.JPG), which I copied.

Then, I came back here, and in my post inserted the following:

(you need to get rid of the blank spaces after the two left brackets [ for this command to work)

Rawgirlie, I do exercise, but never as much as I'd like to. :-) I do rebounding mostly, I try to do at least 20-30 minutes 5 days a week or so, plus I do some walking and lift some light weights. I'm interested in building more muscle, so I may get more serious about the weight lifting.

I use a Needak rebounder. You can buy one online. I love it. Rebounding is very fun and it is great for people of any fitness level. I highly recommend it!

I didn't like having my picture taken much, so I hardly had any "before" pics. This one was taken about 3-4 years ago, but I was at the same weight and looked the same (except older, due to smoking and a horrible diet, my eyes, skin and teeth were actually duller when I started raw.) when I started my raw journey. I give all the credit of the transformation to raw! :-)
