I have a question, I bought some organic canned corn and organic sweet peas..are these raw? I didn't know if they cook them, then can the veggies..please let me know I was thinking of eating some for dinner tonight.

No, they aren't. Preserving by canning requires them to use very high temperatures.

All canned food is cooked. Even if it is packed raw (most is not) it requires a boiling water bath or pressure cooking to can it.

Most frozen vegetables are blanched before freezing as well.
