I regularly grind oat groats in the coffee grinder to use in recipes.

I was wondering if any of the above work like that, to make sort of a flour.

The reaon I ask is that I sprouted the kamut for pizza crusts, but couldn't stand the flavor, that sort of weird off-licoricey taste really put me off. Do you get that with spelt and wheat too?

Anyway, I have this gorgeous box of all these grains, organic, but haven't touched them since the kamut fiasco. I have run out of oats, so I'm wondering if I can use them, so would love to know if I can just grind them like the nuts for crackers, etc.

Any other ideas for using them would also be appreciated.

I don't see why you couldn't use the others. As an alternative, you could also use pulp from nut milk, dehydrate it, and then crumble to make a "flour" if you prefer the taste of nuts over grains.
