blueberries

I am going to pick blueberries on Friday and I was wondering if anyone has any really yummy recipes to make with blueberries..the only things I can think to do with them is to make smoothies and I tried a raw cobbler once with ground up pecans and blended blueberries and bananas..which was great, I just need more recipes because I plan on picking tons of them! :)

I make raw blueberry pie all the time. It's amazing!!! There's a recipe in Alissa's book if you need a recipe.

When we pick, or have an abundance of blueberries, we just freeze them instead of trying to make something to use them all. Don't wash first, or if you do, make sure they are thoroughly dry before freezing.

Hi CAdreamer, that is what i have been doing because I had so many, I have tried the blueberry pie, blueberry juice, blueberries with the raw granola, and just as a fruit mix, so I have been experimenting alot with them...I figure if I freeze them I can make juice and smoothies. :)
