100% for 17 days! :)
Took me months to get to 100%. At first it felt like every other "diet" I've ever been on....denying myself what I wanted. Then I stopped raw for 2 weeks straight and realized...I'm not denying myself the foods I want when I am eating raw...I am denying myself a healthy future when I eat SAD. :rolleyes: So, I started the 100% 30 day challenge....and to my surprise...it's been relatively smooth sailing. I have had two days out of 17 that have been almost impossible to get through...and at the other side of them...I felt like I can really do this! And I can. It's for life...it's for health and it's for happiness! Raw Rawks! :D

100% for 112 days now (this time. The other times it was been 120, 90, 14, and 7 in a row with months of cooked in between. this time I feel much more optimistic, but I havn't been raw in the winter yet...it should get interesting!
