I’m not even 40 yet and it “appears” that I have sunspots on my face. I have huge botches on my forehead and small ones on my cheeks. I have been afraid of the sun for years because of it. I had them removed with some new-fangled procedure in my early 30’s. It was actually a side affect of getting rid of acne scars. The brown spots immediately returned upon going outside even though I was using high quality, strong sunscreen and hats constantly. Now I’m trying to “use” the sun for better health! But the brown spots are really really getting dark now that I am not using sunscreen and hats and purposely getting sun for my health. I want to “use” the sun for better health, but I don’t want to look like a freak. Are there any “natural” things I can do to stop this brown blotchy stuff???

Also I have read that some raw foodists end up being practically “immune” to sunburn. I have only been raw for 4 ½ months so I have NOT experienced that. How long does it take on average to reach that point? Do most or all raw foodists reach that point???

Minnie

I would be interested in knowing this myself. I had a sunburn recently. I also have some "age" spots, but have only recently got them. I am only 24. I know they will go away and I'm not worried about it, but it would be interesting to know.

I have always been very sensitive to the sun and would get sun poisoning, but I have been trying to get sun a few days a week and it has really improved my mood. I love it.

I sure fo love the healing process with raw.
