Looking For Recipe - Mac. Nuts And Dried Apricots

it sounded so nice, but i lost the thread. it was some sort of mixture of macadamia nuts and apricots......... but i don't remember if it was an oatmeal or a dessert of sorts.
OOH -- actually i think it was a spreadable 'cheese' type thing for crackers!!

please, any one have any thoughts, suggestions on recipe??

I KNOW THERE WAS A SPECIAL RECIPE I WAS LOOKING FOR.........
and still if anyone comes across anything interesting with mac nuts and dried apricots....please post your ideas... :)

in the mean time, i grinded up mac nuts w/ the dried ap's to make a spread (added a touch of sesame milk).
i spread it on sliced strawberries and was it good!!
just sharing....... :)

Do you have the book?
i think there is some apricot recipes back in this section around page 5 or 6;
I saw one!
Recipes are so scattered here ; you may have to do some digging unless someone has a better link.
i have TONS on my pc; but they are NOT categorized so I cant pull one out easily.
