Um, kind of embarassing, but I've never had this before. About a month ago, maybe less, every time I go to the bathroom (bm) I have about 50 black pebbles in there...I'm assuming it's either from my liver or inestines. Anyone else experience this?

I didnt eat anything with black specks; but there they were?
How odd!

Gallstones can look like black pebbles. Maybe your gallbladder is cleansing itself out!

Whatever it is that's good! Around the same time this started happening the purple/bags under my eyes have returned and I've been just exhausted all the time!

Have you changed anything in your diet? How long have you been raw?

hmmm, interesting. I have no gallbladder but I read that you could grow your gallbladder back with raw. Anyone ever grew something back like this doing raw???

So, your dark circles came back at the same time you began to pass the black pebbles?? That sounds like your colon is cleaning out to me... If you are raw, that should take care of itself in time. If you have any accompanying pain above the waist on the right side.. it might be your gall bladder... but usually unless you have had aggresive medical doses of meds, most people your age have green and golden gall stones.. Black stones are more common for older folks.

Sunshine9 - The only thing I've changed is I'm consuming A LOT of fat in the form of avocados.

iloverawfoods - wow, that's interesting and very cool if it's true!

LNdolls - Thanks for responding. Yes, it all began to happen at once. If they're not supposed to be black when you're older...I wonder why mine are?
