i am totally addicted to it now, and every time i log on to check out what's new i find the most interesting ideas!! who would ever imagine how creative and yummy it all is!!

for instance, i was so impressed and happy to find out about sprouting!!!!

that's interesting -- i would never have thought you could sprout the dry ones!!
that's great to know, as i have been wanting to try sprouting as well.
i have been juicing, and love it
